How to place an order with KINETIX  Batteries! 

Our aim is to offer quality product and service at the right price. We are primarily volume importers and distributors utilizing our own branded range hence we have the clout to offer great prices, service and support to wholesalers, distributors and re-sellers alike.

Our stock normally carries our own Kinetix brand however there are occassions when it may carry the brand of the originating manufacturer instead.  Of course all warranty and quality guarantees would remain the same regardless.

The prices listed are Retail. However if you qualify as a Re-seller, Wholesaler or Distributor please complete our brief registration form and we will email you a user ID and Password to access our discounted and volume prices. Of course we can always negotiate if you have a specific demand for significant volume. 

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our web site and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We will email an order acknowledgement to you by return confirming the order detail.  Whilst we do try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock there are occassions when we do run out of stock on certain items. In that exceptional circumstance we would ring or email to let you know the situation and ask whether you wish to backorder or cancel.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Delta, Solo/Switch and MasterCard. We can also offer 30 day credit accounts subject to prior approval.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery is normally made within 3 working days, but in many cases is next working day. All goods must be checked upon delivery and shortages/damages must be reported to us within this 24 hours for us to claim with the courier.  

We can take no responsibility for circumstances outside of our control such as unexpected carrier delays/loss of goods that may lead to your goods being delayed.

 

Cancelling an Order

If you are a end user, under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days of delivery. To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. We may, at our discretion accept goods back outside of these 7 days subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must contact us for this option to be considered.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. 24 hours advance warning is required for returns.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item excluding any administration,postage and packing costs that we will have incurred.

All our battery products carry twelve months warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. Should your battery fail please contact us by email at info@kinetic-security.co.uk We will send you a warranty claim form which should be returned to us along with your battery and proof of purchase. Should your battery prove to have a manufacturing fault you will be sent a replacement and your carriage costs will be reimbursed upon delivery of a receipt. We will not replace batteries that have failed due to misuse and we would recommend you read our guide to battery care. Should the battery tests show that your battery is operating within normal parameters there will be a charge of £20 to cover its return to you and the battery tests. Any batteries not claimed within 14 days of the test results being communicated to you will be sent for recycling.
